O Father of Light, grant, we beseech Thee, eternal rest unto this our dear departed brother, and let light perpetual shine upon him. We thank thee that in thy loving providence Thou hast drawn him from the unreal towards to real, from the darkness of the West into Thy glorious light of the East, through the gates of death into the splendor of immortality.Likewise, O Lord, we pray for those who are left in sorrow. Do Thou, O Lord, comfort them with the balm of Thy loving kindness, that, strengthened by Thee and resting upon the surety of Thy wisdom, they may be sustained and consoled in their bereavement.

Worshipful Brother Ralph Pendergrass

My Brothers, it is will great sadness that we must report that Worshipful Brother Ralph Pendergrass has laid down his working tools and has been summoned to the Sublime Lodge by the Supreme Grand Master of us all.

WB Ralph was Master of Macalester Lodge in 1980 he has served the Lodge in most every position. He served as Past High Priest of Jewel Chapter, later as Scribe for Minnesota Chapter Royal Arch Masons. Recently he was presented with his 35 year membership certificate and badge from MN Chapter #1. He was active in Eastern Star for many years. He was a member of St. Paul Council #1 Royal & Select Masters of St. Paul, MN and was a member of Damascus Commandery #1.

Worshipful Brother Ralph R. Pendergrass was also an active member in the American Legion #1776. He belonged to VFW of Lakeville and in 2009 served as the Grand Marshal for the Annual Pan-O-Prog Grand Parade.
